Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate announced on December 25th that their latest condominium development, Livio City Bunkyo Koishikawa, has seen 130 units sold out of 155 units total in the first phase of sales.
This leasehold development, located in Tokyo’s Bunkyo Ward, features a total of 522 units.

The property is situated an 11-minute walk from Kasuga Station, which is served by both the Toei Mita and Oedo subway lines, and a 10-minute walk from Hakusan Station on the Toei Mita Line.
The development covers a site area of approximately 12,487 square meters, with a 10-story reinforced concrete building that has a total floor area of around 43,211 square meters.

The first phase of the development received strong interest, with approximately 12,000 buyer inquiries on the developer website as of December 2024.
The units were priced between ¥90.9 million and ¥219.9 million, with a maximum LOI submission rate of seven offers per unit.
The primary buyers were salaried employees in their 30s and 40s, many of whom are looking for a family-friendly living space.
Sales for the second phase are set to begin in early February 2025, with the entire development expected to be completed by November 2026.
Handover to residents is scheduled for late February 2027.
