Kentaro Nakazawa
Ken Nakazawa is bilingual professional with 20 years’ experience in the banking and real estate industry including cross-border investment advisory in hard assets, real estate funds, equity raising, company M&A and club transactions. He has a broad network of investor contacts globally including institutional investors, opportunity funds, listed real estate companies and family offices.

Toshiyuki Sekine
Sekine served as the general manager of the development division and as a director of a major first-listed Tokyo stock exchange real estate company for more than 20 years. Sekine has remarkable knowledge of everything from site procurement to design, construction, sales, and management, and is in charge of practical operations as the head of the development division, utilizing his broad network in the real estate industry and extensive development experience.
Sekine's qualifications are as follows; first class architect, first class building operation and management engineer, real estate qualification, licensed strata management consultant.
