Global Agents currently operates approximately 50 buildings and 3,000 units, primarily in the Greater Tokyo Area.
Global Agents and JR West began collaborating in July 2018 to enhance the value of properties along JR West lines. TERMINALS Shin-Osaka is the third project following TERMINALS Takatsuki in October 2018 (55 units, Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture) and TERMINALS Ibaraki in June 2019 (100 units, Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture).

This latest Osaka complex marks the first Social Apartment in Osaka City and was previously a company dormitory owned by JR West Food Service Network.
The building is a five-story reinforced concrete structure located a nine-minute walk from Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and a 20-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line.

Approximately 30% of residents have relocated from outside the Kansai region, including the Kanto area. More than 20% are full-remote workers or freelancers without a workplace in Kansai.
The property’s location near Shin-Osaka, a major transport hub, has been highly valued, along with the redefined concept of “work-life proximity,” emphasizing comfort working from home rather than proximity to the office.
Global Agents notes that these factors make the property a residence that maximizes individual lifestyle quality. The community features of Social Apartments are also highly regarded, as many residents are returning tenants or relocating from other properties.
