The project will be built on the former site of the Suzuran Department Store Takasaki branch and forms part of the Miyamotocho Second District Building Development Project.
The development is being positioned as more than a standalone residential tower.
The wider project will combine housing, retail, parking and public space, integrating the renewed Suzuran Department Store, a self-parking structure and a plaza. Total floor area across the mixed-use development will be approximately 43,000 sqm.
The site sits between the commercial district around Takasaki Station’s west exit and the Takasaki Castle Ruins area, where administrative and cultural facilities are concentrated.
The property is a 10-minute walk from Takasaki Station on multiple JR lines, including the Takasaki Line, Joetsu Line, Ryomo Line and Shinetsu Main Line, as well as the Hokuriku and Joetsu Shinkansen.
The condominium will occupy a 3,757.44 sqm site. The building will have 19 floors above ground and one basement level, with reinforced concrete construction and some steel-frame construction.
Residences will range from approximately 51 sqm to 194 sqm, with layouts from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
Floors two through 15 will focus mainly on 3-bedroom units in the 70 sqm to 80 sqm range, while also offering plans from 1-bedroom units in the 50 sqm range to 4-bedroom units in the 100 sqm range.
The uppermost floors, from the 16th to 19th floors, will be positioned as premium floors. All units on these floors will exceed 100 sqm, with the largest plans reaching the 190 sqm range.
Shared facilities will include a grand lounge, meeting rooms, a party room and guest rooms.
A rooftop terrace is planned to offer views toward the Takasaki Castle and the Jomo Sanzan, the three famous mountains of Gunma.
The exterior design draws on Takasaki Castle, using motifs such as a stone base, white walls and rooflines. The design will also incorporate tile, natural stone, deep eaves and a crown-like upper roofline.

The project will also use Inuwashi timber from Akaya Forest in Minakami, Gunma Prefecture, in parts of the common areas.
The material comes from trees felled as part of conservation work to restore human-planted cedar and larch forests to more natural woodland and create open hunting areas for the endangered golden eagle.
Dense plantation forests can make it harder for golden eagles to find prey, while carefully selected clearings can improve hunting conditions.
First-phase sales are scheduled to begin in mid-November 2026. Pricing and the number of units included in first-phase sales haven’t been released.
Completion is scheduled for late October 2029, with handover planned for mid-December 2029.
