Tokyo Tatemono and Anabuki Kosan announced on April 22 that they have launched entry registration for Brillia Nagano Kita Ishido ALPHA RESIDENCIA, a major new condominium development in the heart of Nagano City.
“ALPHA RESIDENCIA” is all caps on purpose as it is the building’s registered name.

The project will feature a total of 267 residential units and will mark the debut of Tokyo Tatemono’s flagship series Brillia in Nagano prefecture.
Prime Central Location and Historic Site Redevelopment
Brillia Nagano Kita Ishido ALPHA RESIDENCIA is located along Zenkoji Omotesando, Nagano’s iconic main avenue, on the site of the former Shopping Plaza Again, a commercial facility that closed in July 2022.

According to the developers, this is the largest condominium project by unit count in the City of Nagano since 1973, according to yearly data published in February 2025 by the Real Estate Economic Research Institute.
This development also marks the first appearance in Nagano Prefecture of the Brillia brand - Tokyo Tatemono’s flagship line of condominiums.
Convenient Access and Environmentally Certified Design
Situated a five-minute walk from JR Nagano Station, Brillia Nagano Kita Ishido ALPHA RESIDENCIA occupies a 4,423.60-square-meter site.

The building will rise 15 stories above ground, built using reinforced concrete and partial steel construction.
The project is designed to meet ZEH-M Oriented and low-carbon building certification standards, with completion scheduled for late August 2027.
ZEH-M Oriented (Net Zero Energy House Mansion Oriented) is a Japanese standard for energy-efficient apartment buildings. It focuses on improving insulation and installing high-efficiency systems to reduce total primary energy consumption—across both units and common areas—by at least 20%.
Spacious Layouts and Premium Floors
Units at Brillia Nagano Kita Ishido ALPHA RESIDENCIA will range from 2 to 4 bedrooms, with exclusive floor areas between 50 to 160-plus square meters.

The 14th and 15th floors will serve as premium floors, with all residences exceeding 100 square meters.
Design Inspired by Nature and Tradition
The architectural design of Brillia Nagano Kita Ishido ALPHA RESIDENCIA reflects the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the region.

The building’s exterior takes cues from the Northern-Shinshu mountain range, traditional temples, and architectural motifs such as latticework and colonnades seen near Nagano Station’s Zenkoji Exit.
