Setsu Niseko was developed by Singapore’s premiere developer SC Global. Finished in the summer of 2022, this 190 unit, freehold hotel-condo residences offers a great location, a wide array of owner amenities and meticulous design with highly selected and crafted materials.

Setsu was constructed by Iwata Chizaki, Hokkaido’s largest developer, steeped in the uniqueness of Niseko’s construction needs.
The construction was guided by the renowned architecture of Kume Sekkei, the largest architectural firm in Japan.
The result is extraordinary. With an intricate eye for detail is evident in the results ranging from the carefully selected furnishings to matching color patterns across the wood and stone that adorns the walls and floors further again to the way light is used to allow for natural brightness that goes deep into the recesses of each condo, no detail was deemed too insignificant to be overlooked.
