The residences will form part of the Nihonbashi 1-Chome Middle District Urban Redevelopment Project in Tokyo’s Chūō Ward.
The residences will occupy floors 48 to 51 of the main tower, which will rise about 284 meters and stand 52 stories tall. The total residential floor area will be approximately 14,800 square meters.
Units and Design
A total of 71 units are planned, ranging from 1LDK to 4LDK, with floor sizes between 60 and 430 m² (≈ 650–4,630 ft²).

The 50th floor will feature a terraced lobby lounge with kitchen and party facilities, alongside a multi-purpose room offering views from roughly 250 meters above ground.
Integrated Hotel Services
Directly below the residences, from the 39th to 47th floors, the Waldorf Astoria Tokyo Nihonbashi hotel will open within the same tower.

Through this integration, residents will enjoy exclusive access to hotel-level services including porter and valet assistance, housekeeping, laundry, room service, and catering. Dedicated elevators will connect residential floors to the hotel’s restaurants, spa, pool, and fitness facilities.
Connectivity and Timeline
The development will provide direct underground connections to Nihonbashi Station, with Tokyo Station within walking distance. Construction of the tower is scheduled for completion in September 2026, with residential move-in beginning in autumn 2027.

This project underscores both Hilton’s expansion of its Waldorf Astoria brand into Asia-Pacific’s residential market and Mitsui Fudosan’s ongoing redevelopment efforts to revitalize Tokyo’s historic Nihonbashi district.
