The initial batch of units within the Brillia Nagano Kita-Ishido ALPHA RESIDENCIA project is priced between approximately ¥36 million and ¥220 million, with the most common price range around ¥47 million, covering about ten units.
The model room for the project has been open in Nagano City since late August, attracting a total of about 350 groups of visitors as of October 5th.

The complex is being developed on the former site of the again shopping center, which closed in 2022, and construction is scheduled for completion in late August 2027.
The development will consist of two 15-story buildings with a total of 267 units, making it the largest condominium project in Nagano City.

The 24 units on the 14th and 15th floors, each over 100 square meters with high ceilings, are designated as premium residences, some of which are expected to be priced above ¥200 million.
In central Nagano, there has already been precedent for luxury condominium sales, with a top-floor unit in a project developed by Hoosiers Corporation selling for over ¥100 million earlier this year following its completion in February.
