On July 19th, Mitsui Fudosan Residential and Mitsubishi Estate Residence launched the first phase of sales for their new condominium complex, Park Tower Shinagawa Tennoz (not a spelling mistake but how the developers refer to the Tennozu area in English on their website).

The development comprises a total of 275 units in Shinagawa, Tokyo.

Positioned a four-minute walk from Tennozu Isle Station - serving both the Rinkai Line and the Haneda Airport Monorail - the tower sits at the gateway to Tennozu Isle.

The site is designed to seamlessly connect a public deck-style boardwalk that encircles the island with the bustling Bond Street, lined with cafés and restaurants.

The land spans 2,540.12 m², and the 34-story building boasts a total floor area of 29,942.19 m². It features seismic isolation, with both ZEH-M Oriented and low-carbon building certifications.

The entrance hall will feature a 9 m ceiling trimmed with interior greenery. Along the canal side, residents can enjoy amenities including a fitness room, laundry lounge, study corner, party room, and kids’ room.

Units range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with living spaces measuring between 47.88 m² and 107.01 m².

Every unit is designed for maximum natural light and ventilation, with all rooms facing the balcony.

Ceiling heights reach up to 2.6 m, with premium units on the 33rd and 34th floors featuring ceilings up to 2.8 m and upgraded interior finishes.

In the first sales phase, 79 units will be available. Prices range from ¥141.1 million to ¥399.8 million, with the most frequent price bands being ¥147 million and ¥190 million (each containing four units).

Completion is scheduled for late August 2027, with move-in expected by late September 2027.
