The project involves replacing the existing Kasuga Building with a state-of-the-art office complex.

The site is directly connected to Mita Station on the Toei Asakusa and Mita subway lines and is a two-minute walk from Tamachi Station on the JR Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines.

Spanning approximately 5,140 square meters, the new building will stand 20 stories tall, with three underground levels and a total floor area of 55,500 square meters.

Modern Facilities and Amenities

Mitamachi Terrace will house offices, retail spaces, and child-rearing support facilities.

Key features include:

  • SENQ Tamachi: An open innovation office managed by Chuo Nippon Land & Building, located on the 4th floor.

  • Tenant Amenities: A Worker Lounge and Solo Rooms (17 in total), available by reservation and pay-as-you-go rates, as well as conference rooms accommodating 12 to 90 people (17 rooms in total).

The development incorporates cutting-edge environmental measures:

  • Double-glazed windows on north and south facades to minimize air-conditioning demands.

  • Vertical fins and automated blinds on east and west sides to reduce heat and maximize natural light.

  • Solar panels and rainwater recycling systems.

  • Tenant-accessible dashboards for tracking energy consumption, temperature, and solar power generation in real-time.

These efforts have earned the project multiple certifications, including ZEB Ready, a six-star BELS rating, and a CASBEE Smart Wellness Office S-Rank.

Mitamachi Terrace is scheduled for completion in August 2025.
