Construction began on April 15th at the Mishima Station South Exit East District A Area Urban Redevelopment Project, led by a similarly named association and its participating members, Misawa Home, Toray Construction, Nomura Real Estate, and Mitsubishi Jisho Residence .

This project, located a 2-minute walk from JR Tokaido Shinkansen/Tokaido Main Line Mishima Station, aims to develop a “Comprehensive Health Care and Medical Base, Smart Wellness Front" on a site area of 10,050 square meters (Area A).
The total floor area will be 55,765 square meters. The project will be developed with the adjacent business lease project (Area B) to create a lively atmosphere and stimulate the local economy.

Four buildings (Buildings A to D) in total will be constructed. Building A will be a 24-story condominium, including shops and medical facilities.
Building B will be a 6-story rental housing complex, including shops, childcare support facilities, and offices.
Building C will be a 7-story parking facility. Building D will be a 10-story condominium, including shops.
Completion is scheduled for 2027.
