On May 17th, developer Nippon Escon began sales of its latest condominium project, Le JADE Nara Sanjo-Dori, located in the heart of Nara City in the prefecture and consisting of 77 residential units.

The property is situated a 4-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station and a 7-minute walk from JR Nara Station, offering convenient access via multiple train lines including the Yamatoji, Nara, and Sakurai lines.

The site covers approximately 2,363 square meters, with an eight-story reinforced concrete structure and a total floor area of around 7,812 square meters.

The exterior design blends traditional Japanese architectural elements - such as shinkabe-style walls and latticework - with modern sensibilities. Taking advantage of its corner location with dual street frontage, the layout features a clear separation between pedestrian and vehicle pathways.

Residences range from the 60-square-meter range to over 113 square meters, with 24 different floor plans tailored to diverse lifestyles. Some units include features such as private flat-surface parking spaces and rooftop balconies.

Three units are currently available on a first-come, first-served basis. All are 3-bedroom layouts with exclusive floor areas between approximately 75 and 80 square meters.
Prices range from ¥75.9 million to ¥77.9 million.
Construction is scheduled for completion in late May 2026, with move-in set for late July of the same year.
