On October 12th, the sales overview was announced for Grand Green Osaka, a condominium tower under construction in Osaka's Umeda Kitaku 2nd District.
In what is often referred to as the "last prime location in Kansai," this development claims to set a new standard in opulence, with the most exclusive room commanding a 2.5 billion yen price tag, making it the highest-priced property in the entire Kansai region.

Situated on the north side of JR Osaka Station, known as Grand Green Osaka, the Umeda Kitaku 2nd District is set to host two condominium towers - one on the north and another on the south side.

During a press conference held by the developer conglomerate, the tower’s name of Grand Green Osaka The North Residence was announced.
The group also announced sales to begin from February, 2024.

This 46-story tower will have a palatially inspired theme. Prospective buyers can choose from a range of offerings, with prices starting at approximately 100 million yen.
The pièce de résistance is the 2 bedroom penthouse located on the 46th floor, commanding a record-setting price of 2.5 billion yen, making it the most expensive option in the Kansai region.

With a targeted completion date of December of 2025, resident key handover is slated for March of 2026.
Another notable point separate from the condos is the addition of Japan’s first Waldorf Astoria designed by André Fu.
