The five-story reinforced concrete building houses 85 private rooms, each approximately 18 square meters in size.
Shared facilities include a dining and rehabilitation room, a large public bath, a lounge, and a salon for hair and beauty services.
Residents will have available daily meals designed by certified nutritionists to ensure a balanced diet.
The facility will also provide opportunities for engaging in hobbies and activities such as music clubs to foster residents' sense of purpose and prevent cognitive decline.
Advanced technology, including AI sensors to monitor heart rate and respiration and automated lighting systems that adjust brightness and color based on the time of day, will enhance residents’ sleep quality and overall well-being.
The cost for the basic plan (floors 1–3) includes an upfront payment of ¥8,535,400 and a monthly fee of ¥260,720.
