Comforia Liv Higashi-Nakano becomes first All Facial Recognition residence for Tokyu Fudosan

On August 12^th, Migalo Holdings, a company focused on digital transformation, has announced that its subsidiary, DXYZ Inc., has installed its facial recognition ID platform, "FreeiD" at the rental residence Comforia Liv Higashi-Nakano in Tokyo.

This marks the first time a rental property by Tokyu Fudosan is a certified All-Facial-Recognition rental condo.

The FreeiD system at Comforia Liv Higashi-Nakano uses facial recognition in lieu of a physical key and has been implemented at the building's entrance, delivery lockers, and private unit doors.

This offers residents both enhanced security and convenience, allowing for hands-free entry when carrying groceries or a child.

Completed in June with move-ins beginning in late July, the Comforia Liv Higashi-Nakano is a three-story, one-basement reinforced concrete building with 35 units.

The rental building is located in Tokyo's Nakano Ward, a nine-minute walk from both Higashi-Nakano Station on the JR Chuo-Sobu Line and Ochiai Station on the Tokyo Metro.

DXYZ Inc., established in August 2020, operates with the mission "To connect the world with just a face" and became part of the Migalo Holdings group in 2023.

The company's FreeiD platform goes beyond residential buildings. The system is designed to be used in various settings, enabling people to utilize facial recognition access at offices, theme parks and golf courses.

In shopping facilities, the system facilitates purchases with a facial recognition payment system called "FreeiD Pay," which has been trialed in various settings, including unmanned stores.
