British founded member club SOHO HOUSE Tokyo to Open in 2026

SOHO HOUSE, the global members’ club for creative professionals, will open its first Japanese location in early 2026 as part of Mitsui Fudosan’s new Omotesando Grid Tower in Minami-Aoyama.

The 160-meter, 38-story mixed-use tower will combine luxury rental apartments, office space, retail, and the club, reflecting a major transformation of the Aoyama corridor.
Luxury Residences and SOHO HOUSE
Floors 16 to 38 will feature 109 high-end rental apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms, up to 200+ square meters, Tokyo Tower-view lounges, and 24-hour concierge service.

SOHO HOUSE Tokyo will occupy floors 11 to14, offering lounges, dining, guest rooms, a rooftop pool, wellness and co-working spaces, and panoramic terrace views.

Residents in the tower will receive preferential treatment in club membership approval.
Retail and Neighborhood Transformation
The tower is part of wider redevelopment along Aoyama-dori, including reconstruction of Honda’s former headquarters and the Kita Aoyama 3-Chome project, which together aim to attract domestic and international visitors, aiming to enhance the area’s high-end retail environment, and increase foot traffic.
