*1-as of 10th June 2021, the only hotel condominiums for sale in Niseko Village area planned by Niseko Village Kabushiki Kaisha, is HINODE HILLS only. There may be changes in plans in the future, which hotel condominiums may be on sale.
Rental Program - Option to Rent Out as a Hotel Room
The owner of the units at HINODE HILLS can enjoy their stay in their units or rent it out as a hotel room when the room is not in use and gain an income. *1*2. Since the building is operated by the hotel, owners can benefit from having the hotel staff clean their rooms while the owners are not using it*3. It is a smart resort assets, mitigating the owner’s expenses by earning an income*2, lowering the owner’s workload by requesting the hotel staff for maintenance*3.
*1 It is optional for the owners to rent out their units. There are limitations on the numbers of owner’s usage days.
*2 Hotel operation management fee etc. will be subtracted from each earnings of each units. After subtracting it, it will be the owner’s revenue. Revenue will vary based on earnings of each units and occupancy rates.
